Commercial Property Services (CPS) has teamed with Cushman & Wakefield on a corporate services assignment for WestRock Design Center, an 85,000 SF research and production lab near RIC Airport.

Other new assignments include Scott’s Walk, 20,000 SF of new retail in Richmond near the Diamond District, Gold’s Gym Plaza, 80,029 SF of retail on West Broad Street in Richmond, and the Padel Plant at Haxall Point, 25,000 SF of specialty space in downtown Richmond.

CPS has added several newcomers, including David Graham, Charlottesville; Colby Palmer, Richmond; Kameron Wood, Fredericksburg; and Jessica Miller in Hampton Roads.
