RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, July 25, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and Rebkee are excited to welcome Chase as the newest service provider at Regency. Chase joins other recent tenants, including Pelagos VR, Sheetz, Performance Pickleball RVA, and Barre None Dance. Chase signed a lease to build a 3,333 square foot branch on an outparcel space along Quioccasin Road, adjacent to Valvoline, Chipotle, and MOD Pizza. Chase is in good company, joining additional merchants such as Sheetz, Starbucks, First Watch, Firestone, Panera, and CareNow Urgent Care surrounding Regency. Regency also announces the expansion of Riddle Me This, which is tripling its space from 3,052 to 9,641 square feet.

Only two outparcels remain at Regency; one at the intersection of Parham and Quioccasin and the other on Starling Drive next to Sheetz.

Regency, located along Parham Road at Quioccasin Road and Starling Drive, is planned for 2MSF when built out with walkable mixed-use residential, retail, office, and entertainment district. Regency is approved for 1,250 residential units, and over 600,000 square feet of retail, office, restaurant and entertainment uses.
