RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, August 19, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Isabel Waldbauer has joined the Marketing & Brokerages Services team as a research analyst in the Richmond office. Ms. Waldbauer will assist the research manager with various research-related functions companywide.

Ms. Waldbauer comes to Thalhimer from the CoStar Group, where she was an associate research consultant. She also has experience with the VCU Kornblau Real Estate Program, where she was an office assistant, helping to plan the 2022 VCU Real Estate Trends Conference. Ms. Waldbauer gained experience in research related to real estate development during her internship with Sauer Properties in 2023 and also worked with Thalhimer Multifamily previously.

Ms. Waldbauer, a Richmond native, graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. While at VCU, she was part of a team that won first place in an urban planning project that involved redeveloping an underdeveloped neighborhood, creating related financial analysis, and presenting to city council members who voted on the six teams who presented plans.
