Thalhimer is excited to announce that our company has been named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work by Virginia Business magazine in the Large Company category. This prestigious recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and positive culture that each of our associates contributes to Thalhimer every day.

The Best Places to Work in Virginia program identifies and honors the best places of employment in Virginia in three categories: small employer (15-99 employees), medium employer (100-249 employees), and large employer (250 or more employees). There are two parts used to determine the rankings. The first consists of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, which consisted of 75% of the total. The combined scores determined the final rankings.
