
Office Property Sells for $1.5M in the Village of Midlothian
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, June 11, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 1210 Sycamore Square Drive located in the Village of Midlothian in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
VDM Properties II, LLC purchased the 10,135 square foot office building from Meyerhoffer Associates, LLC for $1,500,000 as an investment.
