Using mobile device tracking data from Placer.ai, we evaluated Richmond’s office visitation numbers, comparing monthly averages from 2021 to the year-to-date 2025, and assessed which days of the week are experiencing the highest visitation rates. Visitation is trending upward across all major submarkets in the region with CBD numbers up 53.6% compared to 2021.
