HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA: Jessica Miller Blake, Regional Property Manager with Thalhimer Multifamily, was recently honored as the 2025 Certified Property Manager (CPM) of the Year for the IREM Hampton Roads Chapter 39. This award is given annually to a CPM member who exemplifies the highest standards of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) membership through their service and leadership to the organization.
