RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, January 8, 2026 – Thalhimer Multifamily is pleased to announce that Kelly Guilmette has joined Thalhimer Multifamily as Senior Regional Property Manager. Ms. Guilmette will be based in Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office, where she will oversee the Southeastern Virginia multifamily portfolio.

Ms. Guilmette brings more than ten years of property management experience to Thalhimer Multifamily. She has worked for several property management firms, starting her career onsite as a senior property manager, then advancing to regional manager. Most recently, she served as Chief Housing Officer for the Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation.
