Thalhimer Gives Volunteers with The MBL at the Women In Construction Summit in Richmond
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: On Monday, March 2, Richmond associates from multiple service lines volunteered with the Metropolitan Business League (MBL) at their annual Women in Construction (WIC) Summit at the Advance Career Education (ACE) Center in Richmond. Our team supported the event throughout the day in three shifts, assisting with set-up and registration, support throughout the morning program, and the networking hour, as well as helping with the breakdown of the event.
The Women in Construction Summit empowers women in construction and real estate development by fostering connections with key decision-makers, providing access to resources, and supporting career and business growth. Sponsored by the MBL Foundation and J&G Workforce Development Services, the event promotes diversity, equity, and innovation through opportunities in employment, entrepreneurship, and procurement.
