Located just off Chippenham Parkway at Stony Point Parkway in Richmond, Virginia, the three Class A office buildings total 350,000 square feet. Formerly owned by Highwoods Properties, the portfolio was acquired by OA Development in February 2026. Privately held since 1993, OA Development is an integrated commercial real estate firm that invests in and manages office and industrial assets throughout the Southeast. The acquisition of the Stony Point office portfolio marks the firm’s first investment in the Richmond market. Thalhimer’s experienced team will continue to lead leasing efforts, maintaining the same high standards of service and operational excellence that tenants and brokerage partners have come to expect.
