The Greenbrier Shallow Bay & IOS Portfolio is a rare infill, port-proximate, IOS facility fully leased to two creditworthy users. The properties were recently renovated and are well-positioned to capitalize on surging shallow bay and IOS fundamentals in the supply-constrained Hampton Roads market.
