Mr. Honaker joined Thalhimer in 2021 as a Portfolio Manager. His strong performance led to a promotion to Senior Portfolio Manager in January 2023, and his advancement to Associate Director reflects the significant contributions he has made to the company’s property management portfolio throughout the Roanoke and New River Valley regions.

In his new role, Mr. Honaker will continue to oversee a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties, with a focus on maximizing asset performance and delivering exceptional client service. His responsibilities include financial reporting, invoicing, purchase and work order processing, and oversight of building information and operational systems.

A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Property Management, Mr. Honaker also holds the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM®) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
