Ms. Barry joins Thalhimer from Guild Mortgage in Richmond, where she served as Director of Marketing Operations and led the company’s marketing technology, analytics, and operational strategy. She brings more than 10 years of experience driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and business transformation across complex organizations. Throughout her career, she has successfully translated market insights into actionable strategies that strengthen partnerships, enhance performance, and support business development goals.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Ms. Barry has extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives, optimizing processes, and developing scalable marketing programs that improve efficiency, customer engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She is recognized for building strong relationships, fostering teamwork, and aligning business objectives with innovative solutions that deliver measurable results.

Ms. Barry earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin. At VCU, she was a member of the VCU Honors College, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and the VCU Crew Club. Ms. Barry is a founding member of the Canva Visionaries, a global product advisory board that drives innovation in Canva’s creative platform.
