VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: During the third quarter of 2026, the Virginia Beach office partnered with Manna Ministry of Tidewater and raised $446 through associate donations. With an additional generous $2,500 contribution from Clay Culbreth and the company’s matching gift, the total donation amounted to $5,892.

On September 18, Thalhimer team members volunteered at Manna Ministry of Tidewater, helping to unload food donations from partner agencies and pack food bags for weekend delivery to families in need. Volunteers also wrote encouraging notes that were included in the food bags, providing an extra measure of support and inspiration to the recipient families.

Thalhimer Gives is at the heart of our commitment as a corporate citizen to lead the transformation of the communities where we live, work, and play.

Each year, organizations are nominated by Thalhimer associates who are actively involved with a non-profit or passionate about its mission. From these nominations, four charities are selected annually in each of our seven markets, with one featured each fiscal quarter. Associates contribute to these organizations, and at the end of the quarter, Thalhimer matches donations dollar-for-dollar, amplifying the impact for the charity of that quarter.

In 2025, we donated a total of $52,465, collected thousands of supplies, and associates volunteered 788 hours to local charities. To date, Thalhimer Gives has donated more than $395,129 to local charitable organizations, and we remain committed to growing that impact year after year.
