RICHMOND, Va, September 24, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, along with the Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Advisory Group represented the purchaser, Rockpoint, a real estate private equity firm, in the acquisition of a five-building industrial campus, Richmond Trade Center, located at 2601 and 2701 Bermuda Hundred Road in Chesterfield County, Virginia within the Richmond MSA. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Class A industrial campus comprises 1,034,470 square feet across five buildings and is strategically located within the Meadowville Technology Park, approximately two miles from Interstate 295 and six miles from Interstate 95, providing excellent access to regional and national distribution networks.

The transaction was led by Bo McKown of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, in partnership with Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, and Dawes Milchling of Cushman & Wakefield.
