Virginia is home to the world’s largest data center market centered around Data Center Alley in Northern Virginia (NoVA). The exponential growth in demand has pushed NoVA to near maximum capacity with vacancy rates at less than 1%, leading users and developers to look to Virginia’s regional markets as a result.
