PORTSMOUTH, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Bridgewater Distribution Center located at 3050 & 3100 Elmhurst Lane in Portsmouth, Virginia.  Blackberry Realty, LLC purchased the property from Elmhurst Partnership, LLC for $3,300,000. 
     The center is situated on approximately 14.75 acres and comprised of approximately 200,000 square feet of high-cube warehouse space and will be retrofitted to class A standards (27-30’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, T-lighting, dock levelers) by the new buyer.
