In addition, Thalhimer executed 35 sale transactions in the month of October totaling over $112,402,000 in sales volume.
To date in 2014, over 25.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions have been completed in over $885 million in sales volume and over $712 million in leasing volume; for a year-to-date volume exceeding $1.59 billion.
