SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the 275-acre Waverton Commerce Park in Suffolk, Virginia. The property is located along Carolina Road and includes two industrial buildings totaling 27,000 square feet.

Flint Acquisitions LLC purchased the acreage and buildings from Waverton Associates, Inc. for $10,300,000 and will be developing an industrial park, Coastal Logistics Center.
