RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that the firm’s ten Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina offices completed 132 lease transactions totaling over 1,552,000 square feet and a transactional value of over $130,000,000 during the month of November. In addition, Thalhimer executed 26 sale transactions in the month of November totaling over 2,280,000 square feet.
     To date in 2014, over 29.3 million square feet of sale and lease transactions have been completed in over $902 million in sales volume and over $843 million in leasing volume; for a year-to-date volume exceeding $1.74 billion.
