RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 89 acres at 7001 S. Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County, Virginia. 

Ashley Capital purchased the acreage, located near Richmond International Airport, from Pruitt Properties, Inc. for $4,780,000 for a new speculative industrial development.

Evan Magrill of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser, Ashley Capital. David M. Smith and Graham Stoneburner, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
