RICHMOND, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 11 acres located at South Village of Harbour View in Suffolk, Virginia.
Smith/Packett Med-Com LLC purchased the acreage from Harbourview Partners for $1,300,000 and plans to build and operate an assisted living facility with a memory care unit.  Construction is scheduled for completion in June 2015.
