RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Alex Zaccaria has been promoted to Senior Financial Analyst in the Capital Markets Group. Mr. Zaccaria joined Thalhimer in April 2021 as a Financial Analyst and has excelled at providing detailed financial analyses, reports, and underwriting of various asset types throughout Virginia. 

Before joining Thalhimer, Mr. Zaccaria transitioned out of active-duty military service, where he served as a Navy pilot. He received his Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy and has a Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
