RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Annie O’Connor has joined the Richmond office as a senior associate specializing in retail sales and leasing. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Annie was an associate with Colliers International, where she specialized in retail sales and leasing with a focus on restaurants.  Prior to Colliers, she worked for Sysco Virginia as an account manager, where she developed a strong sense of the restaurant industry and the needs of those owners. This experience gives her a great understanding of the Richmond market and she works to build strong relationships through her keen sense of customer service. Annie is a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Annie is a graduate of The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor degree in Retail Management, and is a Richmond native, having attended Douglas S. Freeman High School.  She is involved in the Richmond community as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and is also a JV Girls’ Lacrosse coach at Freeman High School.
