ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and the owners of One Ten Franklin are pleased to announce Associated Asphalt will occupy the entire ninth floor, leasing approximately 19,632 square feet within the building located at 110 Franklin Road SE in Downtown Roanoke, Virginia. 
Their new office in One Ten Franklin will serve as the company’s new headquarters and employ 40 people. Based in Roanoke, Associated Asphalt is one of the largest independent asphalt resellers in the United States, with 260 employees across Virginia, West Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. They will join new tenant, PowerSchool, who just recently announced that they will be relocating to One Ten Franklin.
