RICHMOND, VA;  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have assisted Redco Properties, LLC in their ground lease of a retail outparcel within Victorian Square Shopping Center at 10901 Hull Street Road in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Construction of a new Bojangles restaurant has already begun with an anticipation opening in May of this year.
