RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Brina Brigham, CAM, NALP has joined Residential Property Services as a portfolio manager in their Richmond office. Ms. Brigham will be responsible for managing multifamily properties in Richmond, Staunton and Harrisonburg.
Ms. Brigham has over 12 years of progressive property management experience, most recently as a manager for 2000 West Creek in Goochland, where she was instrumental in leading her team through a successful lease-up and positioned the property for sale which closed at $103 million. During her tenure at 2000 West Creek, Ms. Brigham received the Leasing Professional of the Year Award, Open Arms Humanitarian Award, which led to the success of the property achieving the J. Turner Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking for 2019 and 2020, as well as several other apartment association awards.
