SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT:
Isaac DeRegibus has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. DeRegibus joined Thalhimer in 2011 in their Richmond office and specializes in industrial and office tenant and buyer owner occupant representation. He represents national logistics and distribution companies as well as many local and regional firms and effectively utilizes his experience and knowledge to develop and enhance client relationships using his proactive customer centered approach to add value in every transaction. 

David Machupa has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Machupa joined Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office in 2004, and overall is in his 25th year in commercial real estate. He focuses on the retail sector, initially working on large landlord portfolios, his career evolved to tenant representation services, performing market analysis, site selection, lease and or contract negotiations as well as relocation evaluations for retail clients such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Aspen Dental, Texas Roadhouse as well as the redevelopment of Chesapeake Square Mall.

FIRST VICE PRESIDENT:
Gregg W. Beck has been promoted to first vice president. Mr. Beck joined Thalhimer in 1997 and has consistently focused on industrial sales and leasing and development land sales in the Richmond metropolitan area.

Amy J. Broderick has been promoted to first vice president. Ms. Broderick came to Thalhimer’s Richmond office in early 2015 with over ten years of experience in real estate, representing multi-family and mixed-use developers in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Delaware. She currently specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties.  

Christine Kaempfe, CCIM, SIOR has been promoted to first vice president. Ms. Kaempfe specializes in commercial and office properties with experience in all facets of representation; tenant/landlord and buyer/seller. She has been with Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office since 2001, and has represented healthcare organizations, local municipalities, multinational companies as well as local business owners/developers and she has been involved in the sales and leasing of over 1,000 transactions. 

Will McGoogan has been promoted to first vice president. Ms. McGoogan specializes in site selection, lease negotiation, and the acquisition and disposition of retail properties. He also has extensive involvement in corporate services with a focus on financial institutions, having completed more than 100 bank transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic since joining Thalhimer in 2013.

Graham Stoneburner has been promoted to first vice president. Mr. Stoneburner joined Thalhimer in 2015 as a member of Industrial Brokerage Services, a group which he now leads. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation in Richmond and uses his in-depth analytic approach and superior market knowledge to assist his clients. 

Janet Whitbeck has been promoted to first vice president. Ms. Whitbeck has been in the commercial real estate market for 35 years, and with Thalhimer since 2004 in their Hampton Roads office. Her primary focus is industrial and investment sales, specializing in the office/warehouse condo market as well as the office condo market.

VICE PRESIDENT:
Reilly Marchant has been promoted to vice president. Mr. Marchant joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in 2014 and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation with a focus on restaurants in the suburban and downtown markets of Richmond. He is also experienced in tenant site selection and urban development sales.

Dean Martin has been promoted to vice president. Since joining Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office in 2014, Dean has focused on all facets of retail commercial real estate, with a concentration in landlord and tenant representation, including land acquisition, site selection, retail strategies, pre-development leasing, and development services.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE:
Josh Fulton has been promoted to senior associate. Mr. Fulton joined Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office in 2017 and specializes in office brokerage, focusing on both landlord and tenant assignments.
