NORFOLK, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, Commonwealth Property Group, LLC, in the marketing and sale of Tomlin Apartments, a 26-unit multifamily property located at 4914 E. Princess Anne Road in Norfolk, Virginia. 

Hampton Roads Investment LLC purchased the asset from Tomlin Apartments for $1,900,000 as an investment.
