RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, November 22, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller, Midlothian Pike Investments, LLC in the sale of The Corner Shops at Chesterfield Towne Center, 11530 Midlothian Tnpk., in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

1834 East 4 Street, LLC purchased the 8,120 square foot retail outparcel center for $4,800,000 (7.77% cap rate) as an investment as part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.
