The properties are situated on ±3.65 acres of I-6 zoned land directly off Interstate 95 in Fairfax County. 

An entity related to 8219 Terminal Road Holdings out of Bethesda, MD, acquired the assets on October 12, 2022, for $7,300,000. Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, along with Johnny Pritzlaff in Thalhimer’s Charlottesville office.
