The 62,461 square foot asset was 78% leased to six tenants at the time of the sale. The Ollie’s anchored center is shadowed by Lowe’s and Sam’s Club and is centrally positioned within Bluefield’s primary retail trade area.
America’s Realty, LLC out of Pikesville, Maryland, acquired the asset, all-cash, on August 31, 2018 for $2,500,000. The transaction was completed Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, along with leasing advisor Jessica Johnson out of Thalhimer’s Roanoke office.
