The 9,343 square foot two tenant office building was acquired by EMC North Park Center, LLC on September 27, 2018.  The sale price was $2,095,000 and the property was 100% leased at the time of the acquisition.  The sale was completed by Catharine Spangler and Calvin Griffith of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group along with Birck Turnbull.
