OUTER BANKS, NORTH CAROLINA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the Seller in the disposition of Corolla Light Town Center. The ten building, 57,153 square foot mixed-use property is located at 1159 Austin Street in Corolla, North Carolina.  The property, which was 84% leased at the time of the acquisition, and is comprised of 21 retail spaces and 26 apartments was acquired for $4,620,000 by Golasa Holdings, LLC. 
The sale was completed by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, with leasing advisor Eric Stanley assisting in the transaction.
