RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller in the sale of Parham Forest Industrial Park. The 68,097 square foot flex center is located at 2800-2852 E. Parham Road in Henrico County, VA. Remuda Forest Investment Company, LLC acquired the asset on December 9, 2019. The property is fully leased to a diverse group of tenants representing numerous industries including medical supply, residential construction, food services and security solutions and sold for a sale price of $6,456,600 ($95 per square foot).
