Florence Cove, LLC purchased the 18-unit value-add multifamily property for $1,075,000 as an investment. The property, with close proximity to Maryview Park, consists of two-bedroom townhouse style units, and was 95%-leased at the time of the sale.
The sale was completed by Clark Simpson of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group.
