FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented Northeast Holdings II, LLC in the sale of a freestanding, NNN leased Dunkin’ Donuts located at 3730 Plank Road in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The 1,750 square foot retail building serves as an outparcel to big box retailers Gander Mountain and Bed Bath & Beyond.  The asset was purchased for $1,280,000.
