The 49,000 square foot flex & retail center is located at 8101-8157 Staples Mill Road in Richmond, Virginia, VA.  Fernau LeBlanc acquired the asset on December 23, 2019.  The sale price was $4,350,000 ($89 per square foot) and the property was 86% leased at the time of the acquisition. The sale was completed by Eric Robison and Dawn M. Calabrese, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
