RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Carla R. Smith, LEED Green Associate, CPM Candidate has joined the Commercial Property Services team in Richmond as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Team Lead. Ms. Smith is a Virginia Tech graduate and has over 15 years of experience in the property management field. She will be handling a mixed portfolio of office and industrial property types. 

Ms. Smith began her career and real estate education with Hines in downtown Richmond’s premier twin towers, Riverfront Plaza. She then transitioned to Parmenter, where she honed her skills and reach across the entire Commonwealth of Virginia.
