ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Clay Taylor, CCIM has joined their Roanoke office as vice president in the Capital Markets Group, specializing in multifamily and investment property. 
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Mr. Taylor was associated with Waldvogel Commercial Properties in Roanoke. Since March 2012, Mr. Taylor has served clients in Southwest Virginia and has participated in many notable multifamily sales in the region. He will continue to serve multifamily clients in Roanoke and will also expand his focus to include other markets in central and southwest Virginia.  “We are excited to have Clay join our team in Roanoke. Clay’s expertise will help our multifamily clients execute their investment strategy. His personal experience as an investor and agent in multifamily product will complement Thalhimer’s platform where we actively manage over 9,125 units”, says Bill Poe, Senior Vice President, Managing Broker of the Roanoke office.
Mr. Taylor grew up in Richmond, Virginia and attended Woodberry Forest School in Orange, Virginia.  He graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California in 2011.
