VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA, May 10, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Cliff C. Hamner, CPM, MBA has rejoined the Commercial Property Services team as Associate Director in Hampton Roads. Mr. Hamner has 25-plus years of commercial real estate experience, with an additional four years in multifamily. He holds his CPM designation, North Carolina broker's license, and Virginia salesperson’s license. He attended Wake Forest University and received his MBA from James Madison University.

Mr. Hamner’s experience includes roles as a manager with JLL, Regional Manager with Weingarten Realty, Senior Property Manager and Director with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in both the Richmond and Fredericksburg markets and as Senior Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield. He has experience with office, retail, and industrial properties for single building owners to portfolios for institutional clients.
