RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, December 15, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Colby Palmer has joined the Commercial Property Services team in Richmond as a portfolio manager. Mr. Palmer was previously an analyst at Real Estate Resource Group in Washington, DC, where he would oversee a vast portfolio of commercial leases for Fortune 500 companies. Before that, he was a property manager at Legend Property Group in Richmond, VA.

Mr. Palmer received a B.S. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019.
