RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 1500 Commerce Road in the City of Richmond, Virginia.

RLN Company, LLC purchased the 184,270 square foot industrial building situated on 9.43 acres from Keck Realty for $2,100,000 and will be utilized as the new Rental Works headquarters and will lease out remaining space to other tenants.
