The subject property is comprised of a first-floor commercial condominium encompassing 37,065 square feet and 99 parking spaces on the second floor of a 15-story, 99-unit Harbour Heights luxury residential and Tidewater Community College office condo development. The property is centrally located in the heart of downtown Norfolk with frontage along Boush Street, College Place, and Tazewell Street.

Tidewater Community College acquired the asset on October 22, 2021, for $2,000,000 to expand their presence within the project.
