HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA, June 16, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce two promotions in Commercial Property Services.

Juliana J. Corbett, ACoM has been promoted from Portfolio Manager to Senior Portfolio Manager. Ms. Corbett joined Thalhimer’s Newport News office as a Portfolio Manager in 2008. She manages a wide variety of property types for Thalhimer and brings a great deal of experience to her portfolio with tangible benefits to the clients she serves. She is also an active member of IREM and was the IREM 2021 ACoM of the Year for Chapter 39.

Tommy Barton has been promoted from Assistant Portfolio Manager to Portfolio Manager. Shortly after graduating from Virginia Tech, Mr. Barton joined Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office in 2022. He manages a mixed portfolio of property types in the Hampton Roads area.
