RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Adam P. Holbrook, ACoM, CAM, and Carla R. Smith, CPM, have been promoted from Senior Portfolio Manager, Team Lead to Associate Director in the Commercial Property Services Group. 

Mr. Holbrook joined Thalhimer in 2019 as a Portfolio Manager and was promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager in 2020 and Senior Portfolio Manager, Team Lead in 2021. 

Ms. Smith joined Thalhimer in February of 2022. She has quickly proven herself to be a knowledgeable and skilled portfolio manager and a mentor to the entire Commercial Property Services team.

In addition to managing a portfolio of properties, they are responsible for assisting with new business opportunities, mentoring portfolio managers, and contributing to the overall strategic direction, objectives, and operations of the Richmond commercial management portfolio.
