
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Welcomes Senior Vice President to Lead their Commercial Property Services Group
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that David Oddo has joined their Richmond office as senior vice president and will lead Commercial Property Services, which manages 30 million square feet across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mr. Oddo most recently served as Senior Vice President for Lincoln Harris in the Raleigh/Durham/Charlotte area, where he led the Investment Client Service Division for all management operations in the Carolinas for nearly 15 years. He was also responsible for new business development of third-party agency representation. Mr. Oddo’s experience with commercial brokerage functions, project management, and construction during his previous stints with GVA/Advantis, Grubb & Ellis (now Avison Young), and Spaulding & Slye (now JLL) provides thorough insight into the property/agency management services that Thalhimer provides to our 400+ clients.
Mr. Oddo holds a B.A. in Organizational Development (Interdisciplinary) from the College of William & Mary. He holds certifications, including a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building & Management Association (BOMA), and he is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Mr. Oddo is an experienced veteran in the commercial real estate industry, spanning over 30 years in the southeast and mid-Atlantic regions. His leadership experience and team-building skills will align greatly with the stalwart foundation that Thalhimer has built for over 100 years. His dedication to client advocacy and service excellence will fortify Thalhimer’s commercial real estate mission.
