Our numbers tell an important story. Women make up more than 46% of our 530+ employees, placing us ahead of many of our peers in commercial real estate. More than a quarter of our senior-level brokerage professionals are women, and they consistently rank among our top producers. These achievements reflect not only talent and expertise, but a culture that supports growth, leadership, and long-term success.
International Women’s Day on March 8 serves as a global reminder of the social, economic, cultural, and political contributions women make every day.
