RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, March 15, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the joint venture between HHHunt and GrayCo for the development of approximately 334 acres of land at Midlothian Tnpk. and Route 288 for The Aire at Westchester in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

HHHunt Communities is the managing partner with the land being contributed to the venture by GrayCo. The Aire at Westchester will be a master-planned community featuring 2,200 residential units and approximately 180,000 square feet of commercial space. Construction of Phase 1 will commence in Spring of 2024. The property spans from its frontage on Rt 288 along the western edge of Westchester Commons to approximately a half mile along Midlothian Turnpike. The walkable masterplan features new and exciting residential designs and includes public spaces and many miles of nature trails throughout the community. In addition, future residents will have convenient access to the shops, services and restaurants offered at the Westchester Commons shopping center.
