Exclusive Leasing Assignment Awarded for Brixmor Retail Portfolio Totaling over 500,000 SF

ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Brixmor to provide exclusive leasing services for the combined portfolio of approximately 505,250 square feet of retail space in the Southwest Virginia area.

Ridgeview Centre is a 190,242 square foot regional power center located at 129 Ridgeview Road SW in Wise, Virginia. A junior box space of 10,000 square feet is available for lease, as well as small shop space from 1,050 to 11,608 square feet.  Marshalls, Harbor Freight Tools, Dollar Tree, GameStop, Ollie’s, Belk, Grand Home Furnishings, and Goodwill comprise the extensive national and regional tenant mix of Ridgeview Centre. 

Cave Spring Corners is a grocer-anchored 147,133 square foot shopping center located at 3971 Brambleton Avenue in Roanoke. Other prominent tenants include, Hamrick’s, Weight Watchers, Dollar General, Kumon, Little Caesar’s, and Virginia ABC. There is currently 8,998 square feet available as well as a 4,301 square foot former restaurant with drive-thru.

Hunting Hills is comprised of approximately 167,875 square feet and is located at 4210 Franklin Road in Roanoke. Anchored by Kohl’s, the center also includes Cato, PetSmart, Rack Room Shoes, Sport Clips and a Dollar Tree. There is small shop space available in this center that is within close proximity to Interstate 581 and Electric Road, as well as Tanglewood Mall.
